Thumbnail is the preview image that appears on Facebook. The thumbnail image is always built off of the first image on the tour. Sometimes, image processing fails while generating the thumbnail. The social image looks like it has been cut-off.

Please look at the picture below:

Step-by-step

If you encountered the thumbnail issue, there are two methods you can do:

First method:

You need to regenerate it, and here are the following steps:

  1. Check the first image of your tour and Facebook Thumbnail if the images are the same on the Brand Kit.

  2. Change the order of the images such that the first image is now the second.

  3. Then click Brand Kit to see the social image change.

  4. Put the order of the image back to normal, second image back to the first. This should cause the first image to re-render again and thumbnail image to appear fine.

If the above method does not work, please delete the first image and reupload it. The thumbnail image is always built off of the first image on the tour, so anytime the first image is changed it should rerender.

Second method:

You need to debug the tour link using the Facebook debugger tool, and here are the following steps:

1. Delete the 'not showing image' post on Facebook.

3. Enter the tour URL and click debug.

4 Post the tour link again.
