It may take 24–48 hours for Google to process your photos and apply connections between scenes.
If your tour has unusual connections, such as the following, this guide may help:
- Scenes have more connections than the ones you created in the CloudPano editor.
- Scenes transition to unexpected areas of the tour.
- Scenes appear to jump through walls or connect to distant locations.
These issues may occur when Google processes your panoramas and creates additional connections based on the latitude and longitude data of the images.
What you can do
To help ensure your tour connects correctly, please check the following before publishing:
- Set your North Points correctly for all panoramas.
- Follow True North based on Google Maps.
- Ensure the spacing between panoramas is about 5 meters (15 feet or about 10 small steps).
- Use hotspots to properly connect scenes in the CloudPano editor.
After publishing, please allow up to 48 hours for Google Maps to process your panoramas and display the correct connections.
If the connections still appear incorrect after this time, please contact us at support@cloudpano.com and we will be happy to help.
