It takes approximately 24 to 48 hours for Google to process your photos and add connections between scenes.

If your tour has odd connections, such as the following, then this article is for you:

  • Scenes have more connections than you set in CloudPano editor.

  • Scenes transition to other parts of the tour in unexpected ways.

  • Scenes sometimes go through walls to land at a random place in the tour.

The above scenarios happen whenever Google "auto-connects" your scenes for you. It ignores your specified connections, and makes connections automatically based on lat-long data.

To fix this:

  1. Open the Street View app on your iOS or Android device.

  2. Go to Settings

  3. Uncheck the option, "Auto-connect 360 photos"

If you have the Street View app installed on multiple devices, perform this action on each device.

If you have never downloaded the Street View app, you will want to download the app in order to turn off this setting before publishing your first tour.
