How to download the app?


How to create a new account?

  1. Tap Sign in/Register

  2. Tap Register

  3. Add a new user and new password


How to create your first scan?

To get started, tap the plus sign.

Title the project.

To begin scanning tap: Start

Tip: Scan every corner in every room, closet, and bathroom. Try and be comprehensive in what you capture and do not miss walls or rooms.

When your scan is complete, save and tab the order button

To complete your order, select your preferred options, click next, and process payment.

Allow 24 hours for your order to be complete.


What devices are supported to capture a scan?

Apple iOS devices that have built-in lidar scanning.


How to prepare a space for a scan?

To prepare a space, open all doors, closest doors and bedroom doors. Turn on all the lights in each room. When scanning, make sure you scan corners of each room and try to avoid scanning the same area twice.


How to capture a scan a space?


How close do I need to be to capture a scan of a wall?

3 to 6 feet is optimal.


How do I save a scan?

When you are finished scanning, tap ‘save.’


How do I note special areas?

Tap photos and notes during the order process to note or photograph special areas.


Can I scan the outside?

We do not recommend scanning outside. Floor plans are for interiors only.


How do I add a second and third level?

Note the number of levels when placing your order:


Are the second and third levels of the property order included?

Yes! Add the 2nd and 3rd levels of your order for free!

Do 3D floor plans include measurements?

Currently, the 3D floor plan does not include measurements.

Select advanced options and tap the compass box.

Is there a maximum number of square feet I can scan and submit an order?

10,000 Square feet is the limit. If you need to go beyond this, submit your order normally and we will reach out via email for a small price increase. Otherwise, all levels are included.


How long will my order take to receive back?

The typical turnaround time for 2D floor plans is 24 hours.

The typical turnaround time for 3D floor plans is 48 hours.


How do I order a site plan?

Select the site plan option when ordering.


How do I make a fix request?

Manage, view, download and request changes on the ‘My Orders’ tab, or visit https://floorplans.cloudpano.com/my-account/orders/

How do I download my orders?

You can download your floor plans in the ‘My Orders' section on the app. Or you can visit, https://floorplans.cloudpano.com/my-account/orders/ and log in with your same login to download on your desktop or laptop.


How do I login to my desktop/laptop order dashboard?

When you first log in to the Floor Plan Scanner app, you will be asked to create a user name and password. To view your orders online via desktop/laptop, use these same login credentials. To see your orders visit https://floorplans.cloudpano.com/my-account/orders/


Can I give my team my login so we all have orders on the same account?

Yes! We highly recommend you give your team the same login. This way each order that is created will be tracked on the same account and easy to find, manage and download.

Are measurements included in your order?

Yes! All of our 2D floor plans include measurements of the room and total square footage of the level.


Is fixed furniture included?

Yes! All of our 2D floor plans include fixed furniture. Fixed furniture includes sinks, ovens, bathtubs, toilets, etc.


Is GLA (Gross Living Area) by the ANSI standard included?

Yes! All of our 2D floor plans include GLA square footage on the plan.
