When a customer is on your tour, on the bottom right of the screen, you can click on the option “live” together and join into the live call as well as other persons for a video walkthrough. You can join the call through the mobile phone or browser. You can also share screen and tour only. In this option, whatever I see, my client/viewer also sees. It is somewhat a guided tour. You can also draw into the screen and or delete the drawings when sharing your screen. You can also share your entire screen which is the whole desktop to pull up some websites. There is also chat on the right for conversation, sending files, etc. To enable this on your tour, click on the edit button on the dashboard, and turn on the live option. There is also a direct to live link for sending through email or text message to your client/viewers.
