To point your domain to CloudPano, you must enable a CNAME or A record.

A CNAME record points to another domain. We recommend you create a CNAME record and point it to app.cloudpano.com.

An A record points to an IP. Our IP is subject to change. We will email you if you have an A record that would be affected by such a change. Pointing to an A record is unsupported by allowed. Our IP is 167.172.12.42.
