Note: All VR headsets stopped working with all Apple products since the IOS 13.4 update in April 2020. Apple is working on a fix to this. There is nothing CloudPano can do to allow motion on iOS 13.4 right now. Users attempting to enter VR mode on iOS will see the below alert. Please see this link for more information: https://discussions.apple.com/thread/251258186
All tours created on CloudPano allow viewers to toggle on motion-control by default.
When viewing a tour, motion-control can be toggled by clicking the "motion control" button when viewing a tour.
This button is not viewable on a desktop unless CloudPano detects the existence of a sensor or accelerometer. This button is viewable by default on all devices.
iPhone information
On iOS, Apple prevents websites from accessing the accelerometer for privacy reasons. When you click the motion control button, a prompt will appear. Please press "Yes" to allow access to motion sensors for CloudPano.
If you click "no" to this prompt, motion control will be disabled for all future visits to CloudPano. To re-enable, clear your browser cache and reload the page. The prompt to allow motion control access will reappear the next time you click the motion control button.
VR information
Motion control is enabled whenever a tour is accessed in VR mode. Simply click the VR button.
Motion-control not working?
Rarely, a user may click to turn on motion control and will receive a notification that motion data is unavailable.
Some browsers and devices prevent automatic access to motion control. CloudPano will prompt you to enable access whenever you toggle motion control. If this doesn't happen, navigate to your browser settings -> Privacy, and look to Enable Motion Control Access. Now CloudPano (and other sites) can access motion sensors on your device.
