Edit an existing tour or Create a new one. Then, from Tour Editor...
Click the Title (located right before the 'Publish' button) and type in the new Title
Click 'Dashboard' button again
You can also change your tour title directly in the tour editor. Hover your mouse over the title and click the text. See image below.
